I get the following message when I TRY TO SEND OUT Emails

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re:
Numeros de Casos - Montecillos', Account: 'pop.gmail.com', Server:
'smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 5.5.1 Authentication
Required n27sm9101840pyh', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 530,

What I can do?
Set up your gmail account according to the settings provided by them,
especially the port numbers!!
The links describe setup for Outlook Express, Windows mail setup is exactly
the same.
Check your settings as per:
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13276
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13273

You are using port 25 and it should be 465
Change it at tools>accounts>properties>advanced tab.
