I can recieve e-mail but not send. How do I fix this?

I am currently trying to set up My outlook to trade e-mail information with
my yahoo account. This is a premier account and as of now able to recieve
the incoming mail, but I can not reply/send it back.
the error I recieve is...

Task 'pop.mail.yahoo.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Unable to
find the e-mail server. Please verify the server information in your account
properties.'
