I am able to receive emails but when I attempt to send them they look as if
they go thru, I dont have any data in the "Outbox" the "Sent" box shows the
message was sent however when I go the "Inbox" I see the message as
undeliverable?

I have tried everything from deleting an account changing the SMTP,IMAP, POP
areas but still not luck.
Can you help PLEASE!

What is the exact text of the "undeliverable" message?

Does this happen with all outgoing messages, or just some?

After a message is sent, it can be rejected by the recipient's mail server,
in which case you will receive that "Undeliverable" notice in your Inbox.
Is it just one recipient that is giving you this trouble?
Try sending to various different recipients, including yourself.

Here is the message that comes up in the Inbox as: "system administrator"
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 6/14/2009 11:58 AM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 6/14/2009 11:58 AM
550 5.1.1 <[email protected]> relaying not allowed
Again it occurs with all outgoing messages, the messages do not show up in
th "outbox" or the Drafts or even Deleted Items, they show up in the inbox
with the above undeliverable message.

It is all receipents..
What is really weird is that a member from Microsoft tried to help me by
setting up her own email acccount under my system and it worked for her, but
under my set up I can not send any data only receive data that is filtered
primary from my internet provider main email set up.

I purchased the Microsoft disc from my school, do you think this has
anything to do with why I can not send emails from Microsoft Outlook 2007 or
from Mail?

Hi Patrick
I think I have diagnoised the root problem.
My internet provider is COX. When I set up my COX account I selected two
email addressess. These are the email addresses that I set up when setting up
my Outlook addresses.

I just sent test emails to non cox email address ex: (e-mail address removed) they did
not go thru, however when I sent an email to: (e-mail address removed), that email went
thru. I had to retrieve it by logging into my Cox account, but the message
was there? How can I set up my account so that anyone I send a message to
will receive it?

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties,
Servers. The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.

If no improvement, tell us the name of the SMTP server you are using.
