then, when I tried to login again the login page appeared to me with the message "click the user you want to login by " but there are nothing at all, and I can not login to windows ,please tell me what can I do to fix this problem and what can I do to make the windows load without prompting for account name and password

Have you any accounts on the PC that you can log in with?
If you have disabled the Administrator account and deleted all other
accounts then that may explain why you cannot log in

ok well, first of all, you have just stopped yourself from
getting in to fix the problem.

I have never encountered this before of course but you may
need to restore to factory contents to get it fixed :S

as for stopping winXP from promting username / password
combo, prompting is what xp does and so far as I know there
is no way to stop it.
Best thing you can do is have it set to welcome screen so
that you do not need to type anything in and then remove
the password from your administrators account

This will remove the need to type in a password for your
"account"

The reason xp seems to have this problem is BECAUSE of the
welcom screen feature. It means that XP has no "default"
user as does the '95 which I am typing from (laptop died,
long story :p) anywho...a '95 computer has to be TOLD to
create a user and startup at the login page... it requires
you to go through the process of telling the computer that
every user is required to have its own personalised desktop
and start menu and that the users are to be password
protected

WinXP on the other hand, comes pre-made with the following
users that I have discovered on my system:

Administrator: this appears to be the template for your own
user as I have never managed to gain access to it and it
does not appear on the welcome screen

Guest: This user is a ready-made limited access user and
you have the ability to (de)activate it

right, now systems like the '95 only come with the default
user which will also prove to be the template later on.
you have to activate users and passwords in oreder to get
your own personal space.

XP, on the other hand, is more user compatable and prepared
well for situations where everybody will need their own
user.
Users and passwords is automatically activated so that a
beginner can easily learn how to be their own system
administrator... Its easier if you learn the hard way...
because users and passwords is activated within the system
there does not seem to be a default user as there is with
'95 because of the WELCOME SCREEN :p
the welcome screen would have trouble showing a "cancel"
button to take you to the default user and therefore shows
only active users.

Now that I have raved on I will apologise as that was
completely useless... my parents wont listen to me u c...
The problem you are faced with now is having no access to
an admin user to fix this which could be quite simple

just switch off the welcome screen feature ;)

You can enable administrator in safe model after log in by administrator.

log on screen : ctrl+alt+ 2del
user:administrator
password:******
enter
