I am unable to view emails that are attached to emails

Whenever I receive an email that contains an email as an attachment, I get an
error message and cannot open it. In addition, I cannot insert an email as
an attachment .. getting an error message that states the object cannot be
found. I have no problem inserting or viewing others files (Word, Excel,
PDF's) when attached to emails. How do I correct this?

How are you trying to attach an email to another email?

I have no problem inserting or
viewing others files (Word, Excel, PDF's) when attached to emails.
How do I correct this?

Always include your Outlook version when asking a question.
