I am trying to download an existing website into Frontpage 2003

I am trying to download an existing website into Frontpage 2003 instead of
starting fresh. I can't get it to work though. Please help!

Does the existing site have FrontPage extensions installed??

If so, open the remote site in FrontPage using the
http://www.websitename.com address, and then click File > Publish and
publish it back to the machine.
