i am locked out of account

[desperate just had it repaired]

there is no other user..please tell me how to reinstall windows xp i put disc
in but do not understand how i can reinstall it when i cant see anything i am
on the log in for password and it doesnt move. Help me please? any help
appreciated.. do i need to reinstall motherboard also? what do i do. thank u

Hello desperate just had it repaired desperate just had it,

If you will reinstall from installation disk, set the boot order to the disk
drive and boot from it. There is no need to start from windows for a new
installation. BUT keep in mind that your disk will be overwritten.

thanks so much for reply, im so glad someone did but i do not understand it,
im totally new to the computer and i only understand simple terms, am afraid
this is hard for me.. what is an installation disk? SET THE BOOT ORDER? DISK
DRIVE? i only know how to put a disk in the slot.. please give me simple step
by steps its very important i get back online but i do not have the money for
repairs because i just got it out of shop monday. thanks for the help u gave
me, please one more time !
