That would depend on what version of MS Word you have and what settings
you may have set in Word. You might not be able to do it at all. For more
help I suggest you provide this additional information in a Word newsgroup.
This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears your question
is not related to that database. You are much more likely to find someone
with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup devoted to your
subject.
