hyperterminal

Just bought a Dell Laptop with Widows XP Professional. I
need to use Hyperterminal to connect to a remote server.
I can access the server fine but I can't navigate while
I'm in there by using the arrow keys. I have a Windows
98 desktop (HP) that I have used for this many times in
the past without this problem. I checked the settings
and everthing is the same. Anyone know the problem??
