Outlook 2007 (Office Standard 2007) on HP Notebook with Vista Home Premium.

I am really frustrated with this problem. I have read through all the
replies in this site dating back quite a bit and have tried the solutions
given but it does not solve my problem. I have seen that some of you have
replied many times with solutions and I appreciate the help but they have not
worked for me.

The hyperlinks work with my admin user account but not with my normal user
account that I use all the time. I converted Windows Mail to OUTLOOK 2007
recently on this user account. Resetting the web settings has not worked.
Importing a new Registry Key has not worked. Assigning and reassigning the
defualt programs has not worked. Setting Program Access and Defaults has not
worked.

I don't know what to try next. Anyone have any new suggestions?
