Hyperlinks

Previously whenever I created hyperlinks from a page they always defaulted
to the web version of the file or directory. Now when I insert a hyperlink by
navigationg to the file or directory it comes up as

F:\reports\Calibration certificates

If I leave it like this the link ends up pointing to the F drive on my PC
and doesn't work for other users. If I manually edit it to:-

reports/Calibration certificates

and publish it the link becomes corrected to

http://www.grow.how.dom/reports/calibration certificates

Is there any way I can avoid this tedious need to have to manually edit links?

1) Make sure you have a FP web/Site open first then your page in FP
2) Remove all spaces in all file & folder names
"reports/Calibration certificates" is not a link to a page but a link to a folder
"reports/Calibration_certificates.htm" is a typical page link
3) The link needs to be to a file in your FP web or you must use an absolute URL
- Browse to your file w/i the FP web to get the correct page link location
