Outlook Hyperlinks in Outlook 2003

Hi - I've just upgraded to Vista and am managing to fix most things, but...

The one I can't is when i am in Outlook 2003, hyperlinks embedded in incoming e-mails totally fail to work. i get the error messge "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. olease contact administrator"

I am using the machine solo, so have full administrator rights on it, but I cannot find a fix to this one at all. All ideas welcome!!

Thank Ian - you're a star. Fixed it like a charm - I grabbed the registry data from an K machine at work and ran it.. Problem fixed - you have to remember to close and re-open Outlook of course!!
