Hyperlinks - Database Results Area - Access 2002

I seem to have forgot how I did something (or it never did work). I am
working with FP2003, have created a database that includes a text field for
the URL of a website. I would like that field to be a hyperlink on my
display page. I'm under the impression that it will not work to make the
field type "Hyperlink" in the database itself, that does not work with
Database Results Area in FP2003. I have tried changing the Database Column
Properties to include a Hyperlink - that inserts my own website and folder
name in front of the actual URL. Instead of http://www.learspub.com I
get http://www.jurassicpork.com/DBI/www.learspub.com

I've read the MS KB Article 825500 - didn't help.

The site is http://www.jurassicpork.com/DBI/MonthEvents2.asp
just pick a month and look for a entry with a website.

thanks
