hyperlinking two presentations

I have one presentation in landscape and one in portrait...I have managed to hyperlink slides (they are not in any certain order) but can't figure out how to have the slide show proceed without mouse clicking. Is there a way to hyperlink two presentations and have the show run automatically?

Here are two information/tutorials that should help:
1.http://www.tlccreative.com/ppt_tutorials.htm (download the "master linking
presentation")
2. http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com/powerpointtutorials.htm

update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint doesn't provide the functionality that you are looking for
without resorting to some tricks (Troy already provided pointers).

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide more/better/easier options for chaining multiple presentation files
together smoothly during slide show, or, perhaps for your specific
scenario, a way to combine slides with different dimensions/orientations
into a single presentation,, don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR
OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions)
