Hyperlink to specific text within a cell

Hi there,
Is it possible to hyperlink to a few words in a long sentence located in a
single cell? It seems to only allow me to do it to the whole cell.

If you're really careful, you could put a rectangle over the words you want and
assign a hyperlink to that rectangle.

If you hide the borders, it may look ok (and format the words so that they look
like links, too).
