Hyperlink to Shared Public Calendar

I have a publicly accessible calendar that is being shared. I tried to
make a hyperlink that I could send to people via emails, etc. so they
could just click it and it would direct them to the Outlook calendar.
However, I could not get the hyperlink to work.

I have (as one line):

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /select
outlook:\\Outlookersonal%20Folders\Delivery%20Calendar

It is not a personal calendar of mine, it is a public calendar. What's
wrong with my hyperlink?

Look at your link. Personal%20Folders can't be a public calendar because it's in your Personal Folders file.
