pages
later to other paragraph.
How can i do it ?

One option: Bookmark the target paragraph & hyperlink to the bookmark.
Instruction for both is in Word Help.

If you've used styles for headings you may simply be able to use the
Document Map.

If I type "bookmark" into the "Type a question for help" box in Word 2003, I
get 20 hits from Offline Help alone. One of them is "Add a bookmark." Which
makes one wonder how the OP was looking for help.

I wondered about that too, but since I currently only have access to Office
2003 I (obviously) couldn't do any testing.

I guess you meant you have access to only Office 2007?

Of course. Thinking "backwards" seems to be a new habit of mine. :)
