Hi, I'm having problems with hyperlinks in my powerpoint. I am doing a powerpoint presentation for my fathers 80th. birthday celebration.
I wanted to do a slide with a family tree on it, in portrait layout and have the other slides in landscape. I found out that was only possible, by having two separate powerpoints and linking them. This was OK and I inserted links to allow me to switch back and forth between the two.
When I've finished I will be transferring this to another computer and this seems to be causing me problems. When I move the powerpoint to another location, the links won't work. as the path seems to want to go to the original location and wont work in the new location.
Does anyone have any idea how to combat this?
PS. I am creating it in 2007, but will need to save it in an older version just in case the computer I am transferring it to, has got older software.
