Hyperlink issues

Hello All,

I have created hyperlinks many times; but this time i am having some major
issues. I don't think that file type matters but the files are .dwg and .lay
files. I have the link pathed correctly to the directory. I have tried
placing the files in the root of the folder that contains the corresponding
html as well as in a subfolder. I have checked and played with the
permssions of the subfolder, but nothing happens. i just receive a generic
error (HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

You will have to set up a mime type in IIS for these extensions. IIS
will always deliver a 404 error for extensions that have no mime type.
