in word documents the hyperlinks (images included) are not well displayed.
Instead of a picture or a text in blue (example: www.printcad.pt), only a
text is displayed with the following syntax: { HYPERLINK
"http://www.printcad.pt" }. This only happens with a certain user-login.

Tell the user to press Alt+F9; this will hide the field codes (and
re-display
the field results).
