Hyperlink Going To File Instead Of Opening Page

Hello. I am very new to FrontPage 2003 and very inexperienced and can't find
the answer to a problem I seem to have created. When I test (in a browser) a
link I made to another page on the website I don't get the page, but it goes
to a file icon with _vti_cnf after it rather than the page itself.
The page I'm trying to link to seems fine in the design view. It does have a
pencil on the page icon.
Can anyone help.
Thanks
Graham

Make sure you have a FP Web site open (not just a page in FP) when creating your links
- and browse to the page in FP when creating the link
