Huge fonts on MS Support website

The fonts on the Microsoft support page are so huge that just a portion of
one letter will show on the page. All other sites are fine. Just the
support pages from Microsoft are affected. Views are set to smaller fonts
and I can read the header items on the page but the text of the articles is
impossible to read.

I'm running Dell Dimension 2350, Pentium 4, XP Home Edition 5.1.2600, 256
ram, lots of drive space. There is another user here with same problem but
no one responded to his message so I'm trying again!

Thanks!
Fran

Just got the fix! Thought I would post it here for others having the same
problem! This is an email from Microsoft support:

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Customer Service.

"I understand from your email that when you try to view the Microsoft
Support site, the font is extremely large. This sometimes occurs if you have
accessibility options activated like the Magnifier. One thing you can try is
to open Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, and choose Internet
Options. Then click the Accessibility button. There you will find two
entries, "Ignore font style on web pages" and "Ignore font size on web
pages". Try changing these settings (put a check there if there isn't one
now, or remove the check if there is one) and go to the site again.

Thank you for using Microsoft products & services, "
