HTTPmail Access Error in outlook express

i have error in using httpmail function in outlook
express. (i'm in intranet. use internet through proxy
server.)

The error message is the following:

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.
Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Service
Unavailable', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
122, Error Number: 0x800CCCF0

What's the problem?
Please help me.

You're answer appears to be right here in the error messages:
"Server Response: 'Service
Unavailable'."

This assumes you've always been able to get access in the past under the
arrangement you specify. If that's the case, the above indicates there is
or was a server problem at Hotmail and you need to try later.

On the other hand, if you are just now setting this up and are receiving the
response, there may be some sort of issue regarding your connection through
a proxy server. Such setups can be quite nettlesome when it comes to
connecting to any mail server let alone an HTTP mail server.
