Hey~ I'm getting this error on 1 PC XP home on my customer's network.
I can PING and do TRACERT fine but cannot make a HTTP connection even
to the router. FTP is fine but HTTP and HTTPS don't work. I think that
it has to do with port 80 control of the firewall. I turned it on and
off but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this short of
reinstalling XP? I'm looking for clues and just thought I'd ask.
