HTML-virus: Redlof A

Someone found this virus on my webpage.
I removed 1 script manually, but more are infected.
How come?
Is there a cost free antivirus prog, which removes all html viruses at
once?
According to:

it would be nice if the prog repairs my registry too, cause this is too
hot for me!

In this case, your computer was infected because you haven't applied
the M$ patch at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS00-075.asp

Any AV will only remove the viruses it recognizes, and knows how to remove.

You need to learn how to stop the viruses from getting into your system.
