Hi

I create a report and sent it as scFormatHTM (sendobject.......)
When outlook is the mail-server the file is nicely send as a HTML attachment
When Lotus is uesd, it places the report in the message body and not as an
attachment

Any idea?

Do you have a specific question? That's what works best in newsgroups.

of course...
Is this a known problem?
What have I done wrong?
What to do about it?

Is _what_ a known problem? You describe two different external packages
which react differently when they are being used by Access for the
SendObject. That's a difference, and I assume you either prefer the way one
works but are using the other, or you think they should both work the same.
It is not necessarily a "problem".
What have I done wrong?

Nothing, as far as I can see, unless it is to have the unrealistic
expectation that Outlook and Notes must work the same.
What to do about it?

Depending on your clarifications, you may or may not be able to do anything.
If you want Notes to work as Outlook does, you will probably have to ask
about Options and Settings in a newsgroup devoted to Notes -- which you will
not find in the microsoft.public hierarchy. If you want Outlook to work as
notes does, you are likely to find several newsgroups in the
microsoft.public hierarchy where you can ask about Options and Settings. If
I am correct in assuming that you did not change the options and settings in
Access, I am confident that, if it is a problem at all, it's not an Access
problem.

You are correct... to me the problem was clear enough, my explaining was
bad... soryy about that.
I searched for the newsgroup around Notes but, I think, there isn't much
activity.
Hope I explained my problem better...
