HTML format gone from received email

I installed Office 2003 on my new laptop running Vista. I transfer all my
email and was up and running using Outlook to download my email. One
grouping of email is made up of HTML format and I was able to view the
emails. It seemed like over night, that I lost the ability to view those
emails in HTML. The top bar has it as "Message (Plain Text) and I can't get
it to display it in HTML. I don't know why it was changed to Plain Text, but
they were.

Agreed, but I had a look in case I could find anything.

In Tools|Options the Read tab has a tickbox for "Read all messages in Plain
Text"

If this is unticked, it may solve the problem
