HTML emails in Outlook 2003

I'm trying to figure out how to make enewsletters in Outlook - it was easy
in Outlook Express as I simply had to click the edit button, paste the code
in and it was done.

Now, on Vista - and having to use Outlook - none of the pictures will show
up when I forward or send an email. I'm using frontpage to design the
template, then in OE I could paste the code - but how do I do that in
Outlook

Unfortunately Outlook 2003 doesn't allow one to embed HTML directly in the
body of the message like this. I wish it did. One option that might
produce the result you want, would be to save your HTML code in a document
with .html extension. Then attach this doc to your Outlook email and send.
