HTML Email

An IMG tag with style attributes in an HTML Email does not display the same
as in the browser.

Where would I learn more about HTML email?

Here us the style does not work for me in Outlook, but it works in the
browser.
style="-webkit-transform: rotate(270deg);-moz-transform:
rotate(270deg);filter:
progidXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3);"

That is interesting, but not everyone has Outlook 2007. I have outlook 2003.
