HTML Editor

How do I add an HTML Editor in Internet Options (Programs
tab)? I have Notepad and Word in there, but I also want
the option to use Wordpad (write.exe) with certain
programs.

The reason for this is that when I try to edit lyrics in
Winamp the page opens in a browser window and the option
to use Wordpad isn't there, only Notepad and Word.
Notepad puts huge black oblongs all over the page and Word
is a bit cumbersome to load-up just to change one word or
even one letter as I had to do today.

I presume I will need to go into the registry, but I don't
know what to add to give myself the extra option. I know
Wordpad can be used in this way because I use it as my
default HTML Editor in WS_FTP and that hasn't affected
anything (Notepad is my default in Windows).

(And why are we told to 'doctor' our email addresses to
avoid spam when it doesn't work?!).
