HTML code completion

Stone's Webwriter has a "code completion" feature that works like this. You
start typing in an HTML tag, and then a dropdown list of attributes for that
tag appears right in the editing window, in the line you are typing. If you
select an attribute from the list, then you will sometimes get a dropdown
list of values that can be used for that attribute. Seems like a useful
feature.

Any other editors have this feature?

Stone's English version is 3.52; there is a version 4.0.8 but so far as I
can tell it is ONLY in German!

Danish ! That's unfortunate, because Stone's Webwriter is excellent.
V. 4.0 has been around for a while but apparently the author has not
found the time or somebody to translate it, which is really a pity. V.
3.5 is a bit dated.
