Does anyone know what that is and where do I get it? I had it, somehow lost it and my pc has not been the same since, I can no longer burn CD's either since this has been gone

Look on one of youe HP cd's.
Maybe a HP Printer CD or if you have any other HP devices. I am sure it is a
Hewlett Packard file name.

That's Hewlett-Packards Computer Manager. If you have a
recover disk or resource disk, that will be on there. Try HP
website at http://www.hp.com
