HP Laserjet 4300

Hi
We have just set up a new W2K print server. All our
printers, generally HP, have migrated Ok with no driver
issues from NT. The HP Laserjet 4300 are however giving
us problems especially keeping A4 paper size settings over
letter size setting. We have tried PS and PCL drivers but
the paper size keeps jumping back to letter. Has anyone
experienced similar problems and what where your
resolutions. HP have not been much help either.

information specific to the 4200 and 4300 printers.

If you haven't already, get the newer drivers from the HP web site
(http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html). I suggest making sure
you install the "Version 3" printer driver models and install the NT 4
(Version 2) drivers as Additional Drivers if you have to support NT 4
clients.
