HP CD-WRITER an DVD-ROM conflicting

My HP CD-writer and DVD-ROM stopped working now all I get is that they are both(code22) disabled and window's was not able to enable them.Also something about conflicting with each other.Can anyone help me?What do I need to do to get this fixed?
