hp 932c I going mad...that darn light keeps flashing

It's the ink light and it's not printing..have had it for years(the printer
that is) refilled it once before thought I found info. in Help and Support.
Haves... restored defults, online/offline ,turned it off for 2mins or more
,restarted the pc ,even unpluged the printer dont seem to have hp softwear
maybe I dont need it...do need the help....thanks

I agree with the above post. Printers are much too difficult to troubleshoot
over a newsgroup. There is nothing you can do in Windows to fix this
problem. Check with HP support.

That HP software might be useful. I would also check that you have the
latest XP drivers for the printer.

I had the same problem and I took the paper feed tray from the back an
found a pencil stuck there remove the back and look inside and remov
anything thats not to be there and see if that works.

thanks for the info. I guess the others missunderstood me about that it had
been working untill I put the refilled cartrage in. Have you ever refilled
with an ink kit or know someone who has? thanks to all of you for helping
me...I got a new printer so I no longer have the red light anymore
