is it some simple stupid thing broken inside or it's better to throw it??

Do you get the squeak if you open the door and close it again, the motor should
run for a couple of seconds - does the squeak happen then?
If not and it only happens when you are trying to print then it is probably the
Laser Scanner. Scanners are easy to replace but getting one at a reasonable
price will be challenging.

If it happens when you close the door then it is probably the toner cartridge,
do you have an old cartridge you can try?
You can check the cartridge by taking it out of the printer, flipping open the
shutter and turning the gear at the end away from you with your left thumb, if
it squeaks then you have it, also doing this should clean the drum of all toner
except maybe at the extreme ends of the drum, if it doesn't then the cartridge
is causing the gray background.

It is likely the two symptoms are related and my guess is the toner cartridge.

OK in that case it seems the two problems may not be related.
The gray page is the most concern, it can only be caused by a bad toner
cartridge (you have eliminated that), or a bad laser scanner, or a bad DC
Controller.
If the motor is failing it will not cause a gray page.
Sorry but it looks like an expensive repair or a new printer.
