How to "Yes" this message

I've created a VB code to send an e-mail from MS Access,so that it may be
sent automatically,but when i click on a button to
send the message,another message appears " a program is trying to
automatically send e-mail on your behalf...,if it's not excepted it may be a
virus,please click NO....ecc."
My question now is how to disable this message in a way that,once i click
on the button,the e-mail is sent directly without seeing this message?

Depends on your VB code; there are secure ways of calling Outlook and
insecure ways of calling Outlook. One doesn't raise the prompt and the other
one does. You can read up on it here;

For additional help ask the developers down the hall in outlook.program_vba
