How to use variable while dividing value in formula

Hi,

I have a situation where in I have to take value from input box and use the input value to determine value next to it.

Now use this value to calculate other values.

for eg. Input value is sar, and the value next to it is .5656

Now I have to calculate values in other cell based on .5656. Can someone please help me to write a VBA for the same. Its really urgent please help.
