how to use the ready made templates by MS - example : valentine c

I am able to locate the various templates that come with Word. However, I
don't know what to do next. For example - a valentines day card. It
apparently is one that you fold but I can't find the way to place a personal
message among the clip art.

What version of Word are you using? The approach can vary a bit based on the version.
