Please, in the future, refrain from using all capital letters in your posts.
There is a reason that this is not done in most every asp[ect of life -
mostly because it is hard to read - but to some it is considered shouting.
It is figuratively like you just walked into a room of people and - at the
top level of your voice - screamed everything you just said and actually
expected something other than stares in response. =)

You have not given us nearly enough information.

- Where are these computers located? Same place (same network) or
different place (different networks)?

- What operating system(s) are these machines running?

- How was the request for remote assistance sent (Remote Assistance
requires either an offer of help from someone and acceptance or a request
for help from someone and then acceptance when the an attempt is made to
connect)?

- If these machines are connected in different locations - are either of
them connected behind a cable/DSL router (Netgear, Linksys, D-Link, etc)?
If so - has the proper ports been forwarded (3389) to the internal IP of the
machine and in the "reqest for assistance" file - was the external IP (that
of the router) listed - or the private (internal) IP of the machine? If the
internal IP - was this corrected?

- What about the built-in Windows XP Firewall? Was it configured to allow
Remote Assistance?
