How to use calc age from parent form and subform?

I think this is the formula I need: =DateDiff("yyyy",[dob],[firstpay]) --
But, [dob] is contained in the main form while [firstpay] is in the subform.
How can I put the age in the subform?

Also, do the MVPs here do consulting - I need some help on a fairly complex
db.

Quite a few of us do. With one exception, though, we don't solicit

it) email address asking for help. Check out respondants (here on the
newsgroups is probably a good choice, use http://groups.google.com
advanced search to find their previous posting if you aren't familiar
with them).
