How to uninstall the sync center?

How to uninstall the sync center?

My OS is Vista B2. After I installed an update from windows update, sync
center appeared in my system tray. I don't have any mobile equipment, so I
want to uninstall the sync center. How to? I don't find there are any choices
about the sync center in Installed Programs (called Add/Remove programs in XP)

I think it's part of the OS and can't be UNinstalled. You might be able to
make it so you don't have to look at it, but someone else is going to have
to pop in the discussion to help out with that.
