We've accidentally deleted (right-click delete) a bunch of files on our 1.6T Terastation, and would like to recover them.
I can't get any recovery software to recognize the drive without installing an agent, and I can see no way to install & run an agent app on the Terastation.
Buffalo was absolutely no help. They said there was no supported solution, then the guy told me to remove all the drives and install them in a PC.
C'mon. There has to be a simpler solution to a surely common problem.
Any ideas?
