How to transfer folders from outlook web access to outlook 2003

I am trying to transfer all folders, contacts, everything from my work
account, which is outlook web access to my new account which is outlook 2003,
something I have purchased that has no affiliation with my work account. How
do I get everything transferred from my work account to my new personal
account?

(I have it set up now where it send my emails that I get at my work account
sent directly to my personal account, but it won't send over all my folders,
subfolders and contacts)

You can't unless your company also supports the IMAP or POP3 protocol or
offers you a VPN or RCP over HTTP solution. Contact your mail admin what
options are available to you and the required settings.
