how to transfer a word doc to a ppt using office 2007

I used a speech template from office to create my outline and the
instructions to transfer to powerpoint are for office 2003. How do I
transfer the outline to powerpoint using office 2007? On the template is
says to go to file and click send to and choose powerpoint but there is no
file or send to in my word 2007. The only options for send are e-mail and
internet fax. Any help would be great because it is down to the last day to
get this speech done.

I think in v. 2007 you will have to add this command to the quick access
toolbar

Home button>word options > customize

Choose all commands, select "send to msoft powerpoint" and "add"

The QAT is probably just right of the home button
