How to tranfer mails from outlook 2003 to Mail in Vista

My new laptop has windows vista. Emails in this is by MAIL.
My desktop operates on Windows XP and had MS Outlook 2003.
How can I transfer my mails from MS outlook to MAIL provided in Vista
Please help.

If you want to continue to use Outlook 2003 you can install it on Vista and
migrate your data (pst-file) as instructed here;

Windows Mail is the successor of Outlook Express. If you want to use Windows
Mail instead of Outlook, you'll first have to use Import within Outlook
Express on XP and then transfer the dbx-files to Vista and configure it with
Windows Mail.
