How to "Track Changes - Insert Comments" within a Text Box?

How do I "Track Changes" on a flow chart (within Text Boxes), and
specifically, how do I "Insert Comments" (tagging changes with author's
initials)? I have successfully utilized "Track Changes" and "Insert
Comments" on a regular WORD document without Text Boxes. Please Help.

Comments can not be inserted into objects in the drawing layer. Tracking
changes should work fine within a flow chart, though.
