How to synchronise an Exchange mailbox with a notebook PC.

We run Exchange in SBS2003, XP Pro and Office 2003 all round.. Can someone
point me to where to find information on how to synchronise a user's exchange
mailbox contents with their personal folders in Outlook offline when roaming
with a notebook PC.

When offline, want to see the messages as at the last time on-line.

In reverse, if messages are sorted or deleted offline, want this to be
reflected in Exchange the next time the notebook goes online. On-line can
mean Outlook on the user's desktop, or Outlook Web Access from anywhere.

The better way is to use Offline Folders. With Offline Folders, whether
you're connected to Exchange or not, Outlook behaves exactly the same. You
can read your mail, make appointments, send messages and when you reconnect
to Exchange, everything will sync up.
