how to sync outlook 2002 on 2 different pc's

I'm wondering how I syncronize Outlook 2002 on 2 different pc's over a local
network?
I do not have an Exchange Server and I'm pretty sure that you can not do
this without some sort of third party program. What program will enable me
to do this?
All I want to do it sync the contacts and the calenders. Two people are
using 1 pc's each and 1 PDA and it's becoming a little troublesome trying to
maintain the same info on all 4 devices. If there was a way to sync through
outlook then hotsync will take care of the PC to PDA part.
