How to swith identities on a single POP server

I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook. Outlook Express has a feature
that allows one to swith identities, I can't find it on Outlook. I have both
indentites in the system

OL uses profiles, see OL help for explanation
Broadly, you create a new profile - mail applet in control panel - then
configure the account(s) for that individual profile. A profile setting
allows for a prompt when starting OL as to which profile you want to load.
